RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn and unused
• Be in their original condition
• Have all original tags attached
• Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

Items returned that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Items marked as Final Sale

EXCHANGES

Due to the limited nature of our first drop, we cannot guarantee size exchanges. If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sovereignsupply.shop.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item

We will make it right as quickly as possible.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
